No a deposit is not required but credit card details will be required to confirm the booking.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
We accept the following credit cards: VISA plus 2.2% Bank transaction fee and MasterCard 2.3% Bank transaction fee.
AMEX is accepted with a 1.8% Bank transaction fee applies.
Payment is processed within 7 days prior to your arrival.
Payment by direct debit is also available.
IS A CREDIT CARD REQUIRED?
Yes – a credit card is used to confirm your booking and must be presented on check-in.
IS A SECURITY BOND REQUIRED?
No - we do not require a security bond.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 30 days of check in.
For bookings between 18 December - 18 January: 100% Cancellation Fee applies for Bookings Cancelled within 60 days of the Check-in-Date.
In the event that a guest wishes to check out early a 100% cancellation fee applies.
The cancellation fee may be waived in the event that the apartment can be re-let.
WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?
Check-out time is 10am.
Check-in time is 2pm.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a charge of $80. will apply.
CAN I HAVE A PARTY?
We are happy for our guests to enjoy visitors and entertain family and friends.
With a maximum of 10 people per room.
We respect our neighbors and fellow guests.
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'.
Failure to comply with property policies will result in a penalty fee of $1000 minimum.

We are situated close to many tourist attractions, Taronga Zoo, Balmoral Beach, Sydney CBD,
Opera House and Harbour Bridge are all within 10 minutes from Ballantyne Serviced Apartments.
WHERE CAN I FIND GOOD RESTAURANTS NEARBY?
It is just a short walk up to Military Road where you will find many cafes and restaurants.
The Boathouse at Balmoral Beach is another local favourite.

"Great location in the middle of the leafy north shore suburb of Mosman, nearby to shops and cafes. You can pick up most of the groceries and things you need from the nearby convenience stores and deli.
The apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. There is parking on-site, for 3 cars. When parking isn't available in the carport, you can park on the street for free.
We traveled with a baby and they provided a nice baby cot and a baby bath."
