• A surcharge applies for payment by credit card: 1.8% for Mastercard and Visa. 2% for AMEX
• A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 14 days of check-in.
• For bookings between 18th December - 18th January: 100% Cancellation Fee applies for bookings cancelled within 30 days of the Check-in-Date.
• There is a minimum 4 night booking 17th December - 3rd January
• In the event that a guest wishes to check out early, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• The cancellation fee may be waived in the event that the apartment can be re-let.
• Ballantyne at Mosman reserves the right to cancel reservations on declined credit cards.
• All apartments are Non-Smoking. A penalty will apply if this is not observed.
• Long-term rates negotiable.
• Higher rates apply for high season.
• Sofa bed $40 per night if required in the one bedroom apartments (Sofa folds out to double sized bed - new mattresses)
• Porta cot available at $30.00 per night.
• Service Fee $150.00/booking
• Secured and undercover garage car parking is available - on a first come first served basis.
  There is plenty of FREE off street parking.

     Pre-Arrival Details:

• You will be notified via email with key and access details about 2-3 days prior to check-in date.
